Building Use Requests

You may use Wesley Chapel, Tennant Hall, a room in the Education Building, or Fellowship Lounge.

Just contact us.

Building Use Requests

The church wants its space to be used for positive purposes by the community. If you want to use a space in the church for your gathering, service, meeting, meal, or party, please contact the church office by phone or by using our contact form. In many cases, you can receive an answer immediately from the office, telling you whether the room is available at the time when you want it. In some cases, the Trustees may need to review your request to make sure that the building will be cared for, and that you will abide by our use policies. If your event will incur costs, such as janitorial time, then we will pass those costs along to you, and there is a fee for using Wesley Chapel for weddings.

If you want to use the kitchen for your event, you will need to verify that you are bringing a person with you who has taken the health department's course in kitchen safety. This is a requirement of the health department because of our kitchen licensing. All groups are required to observe the church's policy of not allowing smoking or alcohol consumption on the premises.

The church is also interested in providing work space for community service organizations and agencies. Please contact the Trustees through the church office if you would like to talk about securing office space.
