I'm going back to Israel and Palestine on February 7. I confess to you that I wasn't terribly enthusiastic to go last year, but it completely changed my perspective, and I'm eager to go again. It's a bus tour focusing on locations connected to Jesus, and there are options to continue the tour elsewhere in the eastern Mediterranean. The organization is Educational Opportunities Tours, and I'd love to have a bunch of you go with me and Tamara and others from around Michigan. The total cost, including tips, meals, and flying out of Detroit, is about $3,000. I'll be facilitating a small group discussion every evening we're there. There's just so much to encounter and learn. We will indeed be spending time with Palestinians, visiting safe places in the West Bank, as well as many of the marvelous places in Galilee and around Jerusalem that are associated with Jesus. After October 20, there's a late penalty, but between now and then is plenty of time to decide on this and make a down-payment. Get back to me with your questions.
