We need your help. The youth group is putting together an all-church cookbook. Share your recipes with us, not Grandma’s secret recipe but a recipe that a friend taught you or something. We need recipes for everything from breakfast to desserts. PLEASE !!!!!!! The money from selling the cook books will go toward the summer mission trip. Turn your recipes in by placing them in the recipe box in Wesley Lounge or by sending them by May 1st to:

Gwen Bagley

Summer Youth Trip
On July 6-12 the youth will be going on a work trip to a Navajo reservation in Arizona. There will be 12 youth and 3 adults going from our church. To make this trip possible we need to raise $4000. You can help make this trip happen by:
  • becoming a sponsor
  • participate in our fundraising car wash and pop can drive
  • turn in a recipe for our cookbook (see above)
  • volunteer to be one of our adult leaders
  • Get Carded (see below)
  • see Shelly Bagley for more details about the trip and how you can make it happen
Youth Group Car Wash
The Youth Group will be having a car wash in May. Stay tuned for the date announcement.
Get Carded
A generous donation has made it possible for the youth to make a wide range of greeting cards available for you. These cards are brand new and are suitable for a variety of occasions. Each card can be had for a small donation. The cards can be found in Wesley Lounge on Sundays and in the new church coffee house during the week. A drop box for your donation is available at each of these places. You get a chance to to send an inexpensive greeting to family or friends and the youth get much needed funds for ongoing projects. Everybody wins … come and get carded!

JR/SR Youth Program

Designed for Junior and Senior youth in the 6th through 12th grades. Meets Sunday afternoons, 3 to 5 pm.

If you or someone you know is in the 6th through 12th grades, join us for youth meetings on Sundays from
3 to 5 pm on the second floor of the church. We get together to play games, go places, talk about faith and life in the world, and make plans for big events like 30 Hour Famine, Cedar Point, and a work trip.

In addition, we will be taking a “mystery trip” once each month this winter to different, unlikely locations near you. The possibilities are limitless. God has given us many gifts and we’re looking at ways to discover and share
